Take a look at this new three-car garage. It's an impressive build with at 36' x 26' with an 8' x 8' storage area.

Located in Kingsport, we started with a block foundation and standard wall framing. The roof has 36' trusses on a 16" center and a 5/12 pitch.

This garage is a solid construction built with the best materials too. We installed Lifetime architectural singles on the room and a solid 36" prehung metal door. Outside, a 1x8 Hardi siding for a complete exterior finish and 6" commercial gutters and downspouts.

The garage has three 9'x7' garage doors with quiet openers and has R-13 wall and R-38 ceiling insulation. We also sheetrocked the walls and ceiling and finished with baseboards and door trim.

To finish the project, we used primer and two coats of finish paint over the wall, ceiling, and trim. We also installed two wall-mounted gas heaters, 6' LED ceiling lighting, and a shiny painted floor ready for some great muscle cars to showcase.

We loved working o this project as we also built a 28'x10' master suite addition with a 12'x12' master bath at the same location. It's a repeat customer too. We first met several years ago when we built a two-car garage together.
