This renovation for one of our great military couples was an honor to finish. Together, we added more value and greater functionality with a 13' x 7' Master Bath and nd extending the master closet to a 9' foot space.

Now when you walk into this spacious bath, there is a custom walk-in shower with a custom-made 36" x 18" seat and plenty of detail including three delta-oil dubbed bronze water features, a ceiling-mounted rain head, and a wall-mounted showerhead too. The shower includes an accessible showerhead combo and a 36" x 18" seat with a sliding diverter and a half wall and shower door jambs capped with Fantasy Brown granite.

The new flooring in the bath and closet use a 12" x 24" Herringbone pattern floor tile. We also used a 4" crown molding around both rooms with a 5" speed base.

A luxurious Diamond Prelude all wood 36" twin vanities giver plenty of room for the daily routine and is flanked by a 21" linen closet. The vanity is crafted with elegant Fantasy Brown granite countertops accented by 8" spread delta-oil rubbed bronze sink faucets.

As a final asset, we separated both bath and closet with a convenient pocket door that provides easy access to both spacious rooms.
