We don't say it enough, but we are blessed at Mr. Fix It with awesome clients. Here's a new bathroom we completed for a client who had a nine-year gap from our last project.

This new bathroom restoration was a complete demolition down to the stud walls. Once finished, this home has a spacious modern bathroom with black accents and many years of access and functionality.

We began by installing a new finish over green board sheetrock. Then we primed and painted the ceiling walls. Once that was set, a 60"x30" acrylic shower base. Building out a new custom shower, we applied 18" x 18" tile on the shower walls with 12" mosaic backing and two-wall niches. Our craftsmen also installed a stunning black Dreamline semi-frameless sliding shower door with a black Kohler faucet and a black sink faucet.

Outside of the shower, we installed a 27" custom-made vanity cabinet, plus storage over the commode. There are also two new coats of fresh paint on the cabinetry.

On this project, we replaced the bathroom window and an additional set of bedroom windows with Atrium double-hung vinyl windows with Low E argon gas with exterior vinyl wraps for waterproofing.

For the final touches, we installed wood trim along with the base and shower molding and also installed additional trim around the door and windows.
